Massage Therapy
(30-120 Minute)

Whether you’re looking for relaxation, deep tissue, relief from a nagging area, or support after an injury, your therapist will tailor the session to what you need that day. Pressure, pace, and focus areas are adjusted as we go, and you’re always welcome to speak up if you’d like something changed.

All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists with additional training beyond Ontario’s licensing requirements. Whatever you’re dealing with, from everyday aches to something more specific, we’ll work with you to find an approach that feels right.

Myofascial Cupping Therapy (45-90 Minute)

Myofascial cupping focuses on the fascia. Fascia, you can think of as a glue which holds things in your body together. Too much holding, areas become restricted. This treatment is here to release that. This is combined with massage in the targeted areas so not only are your muscles looser, but there's more space for them to move within your body after cupping.

Posture Optimization
(45-75 Minute)

Long hours at a desk, repetitive movement, and past injuries can gradually pull the body out of alignment. Many people notice their head drifting forward, shoulders rounding, or tension building in the neck and lower back.

In this session, your therapist works on the muscles that are overworking to hold those patterns in place, with extra attention to the areas that feel tight or restricted.

This session is well suited to anyone who spends long days at a desk, experiences ongoing neck, shoulder, or low back tension, or is returning to activity after an injury.

Posture habits take time to change, so results tend to last longer when this session is paired with regular maintenance visits.

Frozen Shoulder & TOS Relief (45-60 Minute)

Frozen shoulder can come with thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), but TOS doesn't always bring a frozen shoulder with it. Frozen shoulder is a loss of shoulder range of motion, while TOS is nerve and blood vessel compression that can cause aching, numbness, tingling, or shooting, electric-like pain from your shoulder into your arm and fingertips.

The same muscles around the neck, shoulder, and upper chest are treated for both. This treatment is for times you're feeling any of these symptoms through your shoulder, arm, or hand. We work to release the muscular tension compressing and restricting those nerves and blood vessels.

TMJ (Temporal Mandibular Joint) Relief (30-60 Minute)

Relief for the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Common issues TMJ massage can help with include headaches, jaw clicking, stress-related clenching or grinding, limited jaw movement, and general jaw aches and pains.

Tight muscles in the jaw, temples, and neck often keep the joint under constant strain, especially when stress or long hours at a desk are involved. We release that tension to help your jaw move more freely and ease the headaches and tightness that come with it.
